At our location in Steinenbronn, Wöhrle Power Systems GmbH is looking for a dedicated commercial specialist (m/f/d) for order management and international procurement, who will be responsible for managing operational processes and act as a central interface between sales, logistics and international suppliers.

Your tasks

  • From order entry and international procurement to on-time delivery, you will accompany our customer orders, actively help to shape processes and ensure smooth workflows between sales, logistics and suppliers - your contribution counts towards our success!
  • Order management: Independent processing of customer orders from quotation to invoicing and ensuring that processes are completed on time
  • International Procurement & Purchasing: Operational and strategic purchasing of technical components and services, including communication with international suppliers.
  • Export/import: processing of customs, import and export procedures, preparation of necessary documents
  • Supply chain & deadline management: monitoring delivery deadlines, material availability and coordination with logistics and sales
  • Process design & interfaces: Participation in the optimization of order and procurement processes as well as coordination with internal departments and external partners.
  • Documentation & reporting: maintenance of relevant data, creation of reports and transparent communication within the team

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, freight forwarding & logistics clerk or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in order processing, purchasing or international procurement
  • Sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade law as well as international trade in goods
  • Confident handling of IT tools, ERP systems and common MS Office applications
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
