At Wöhrle Stromversorgungssysteme GmbH, we take our responsibility for the environment and the proper disposal of electrical and electronic equipment seriously. In accordance with the legal requirements of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), we are obliged to take back old appliances and recycle or dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner.
We guarantee the environmentally friendly disposal of your old Wöhrle appliances, including the recovery of valuable resources through recycling and the safe disposal of harmful materials.
Use our Online return form or contact us by e-mail at support@woehrle-svs.deto organize the return of your old appliances in an uncomplicated manner. The transportation costs are to be borne by the sender. Wöhrle old appliances weighing up to 100 kg can be delivered to us without prior notification. For quantities over 100kg, an RMA number is required at support@woehrle-svs.de to apply. Return address:

The locally applicable packaging and transportation regulations for used or defective batteries or old electrical appliances of the respective type must be observed.
Note on data protection: In accordance with § 19a ElektroG, we expressly point out that personal data on the appliances to be disposed of must be deleted by you. We accept no liability for data that is not deleted.
The symbol of the "crossed-out dustbin" on electrical and electronic appliances indicates that old appliances must not be disposed of with household waste, but must be collected separately.
