I am delighted that such an innovative company in the field of power supply is based in the district. Especially in the area of data centers and critical infrastructure, it is good to know that this is a medium-sized, owner-managed specialist. I am very impressed by the increase in turnover in recent years," emphasizes District Administrator Roland Bernhard.
Mayor Ronny Habakuk explains: "As a growing business location, it is important for the municipality of Steinenbronn to set the necessary course for the development of innovative companies such as Wöhrle and to create the corresponding potential. As a steadily growing medium-sized company, Wöhrle - like many others - needs the necessary commercial space. The municipality of Steinenbronn is aware of its importance as an attractive business location in the region and will designate commercial space in the new Maurer IV industrial estate in the coming years."
The company employs 74 people. Last year, turnover amounted to around 18.3 million euros; around 22 million euros are expected for 2024. As a medium-sized, owner-managed specialist, Wöhrle Stromversorgungssysteme GmbH has been developing, producing and selling intelligent power supply systems for over thirty years. The products are used worldwide in industrial environments and critical environments as well as in IT applications and data centers.
