HR Generalist / Employee Personnel (m/f/d)
At our location in Steinenbronn, we are looking for an Administrator / HR Officer (m/f/d) to ensure the smooth administration of all HR processes and the support of managers and employees.
Your tasks
- From recruiting to hiring and development to leaving, you will accompany our employees, actively shape HR processes and promote clear organization and team structures as well as a collegial atmosphere - your contribution counts towards our success!
- HR administration and support: time management, preparation of employment law, contractual and operational documents as well as central HR services
- Employee support: support for employees throughout the entire employment relationship, including support for managers in personnel development measures
- Recruiting & onboarding: talent search, applicant and interview management, recruitment and structured introduction of new employees
- On- and offboarding: ensuring a respectful, professional entry and exit process
- Employee appraisals & surveys: Preparation, implementation and follow-up of interviews as well as active participation in employee surveys
- HR projects & interfaces: Participation in cross-departmental projects (e.g. introduction of new HR tools) and coordination with internal and external partners (e.g. HR service providers, tax consultants)
- Salary reports: Monthly transmission of all relevant data to the payroll office
- Employee events: organization of internal events such as summer parties and Christmas parties
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or completed studies - ideally with a focus or reference to human resources - or a comparable qualification
- Experience in HR and/or in a comparable position
- Confident handling of IT tools and common MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working
- Open, friendly demeanor as well as high trustworthiness and discretion
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
