Your tasks

  • From the first meeting to implementation, we offer our customers a 360° service and translate their requirements into customized solutions - your contribution counts towards our success!
  • Project and order planning: control of customer, warehouse and production orders
  • Order and production planning: monitoring and maintenance of order and production proposals
  • Parts lists & documentation: Creation and maintenance of articles, parts lists and technical documents
  • Schedule management: ensuring that orders are processed on time
  • Process optimization: analysis and improvement of work and project processes
  • Cross-departmental communication: coordination with service, production, sales and purchasing
  • Month-end closing & inventory: support with inventories and accounting
  • Order picking: provision of materials for production and service

Your profile

  • Completed technical vocational training or studies or comparable qualification, ideally master craftsman / state-certified technician with additional REFA training
  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge of service and production processes
  • Commercial and technical understanding for the implementation of work preparation projects
  • High organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • A sense of quality and responsibility, decisiveness and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and deal with conflict
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
