Your tasks

National and international order processing
Creation and checking of export documents
Customs and shipping processing
Communication with international customers and partners
Coordination with logistics, purchasing and sales
Support with international sales projects
 Maintenance of export-relevant master data and documentation
 Ensuring compliance with export and customs regulations

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in industry, wholesale and foreign trade or forwarding/logistics, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in internal sales, export or order processing desirable
Knowledge of export processing and the creation and checking of export documents
Experience in customs and shipping processing as well as international goods traffic is an advantage
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
Knowledge of export and customs regulations desirable
Structured and independent way of working
