Static transfer switch

The static transfer system (STS) is an electronic transfer switch that ensures automatic or manual load transfer between two feeds (e.g. grid 1 and grid 2) without interrupting the power supply. This system is used particularly in environments with high availability requirements, such as in data centers, critical infrastructures or for supplying security-relevant systems.
