Types of UPS software:

1. Management software: This software enables the comprehensive management and control of UPS systems. It monitors the operating status, such as battery capacity, input voltage and faults in the UPS. Data can be retrieved and configurations adjusted via the network.
2. Network software: This software is used to integrate UPS systems into network management solutions. It enables the monitoring and management of UPSs via a network, including the connection to other IT systems such as servers, routers and firewalls.
3. Shutdown software: In the event of a power failure or low battery capacity, the shutdown software ensures that critical applications are shut down safely before the battery autonomy time expires. This protects data integrity and prevents data loss due to improper shutdown.
