Non-linear load

Non-linear loads pose a particular challenge for UPS systems represent. These loads, such as devices with regulated switching power supplies, cause strong system perturbations that can affect the quality of the current. With non-linear loads, the current drawn deviates from the voltage and takes on a non-sinusoidal shape.
