Battery capacity

The battery capacity is a key parameter for the energy supply in emergency power systems. It describes the ability of a battery to supply a certain amount of energy over a defined period of time without falling below the final discharge voltage. In UPS systems the capacity often has to be adjusted to meet the specific requirements of short unloading times.
