To support our team, we are looking for an experienced technician (m/f/d) for support and repair in the field of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) at our location in Steinenbronn.

Your tasks

  • From concept to disposal, we offer our customers a 360° service and implement technical requirements in a targeted manner in a power supply concept - your contribution counts towards our success!
  • Service-oriented support: Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly advice, processing of inquiries including basic error analyses and immediate suggestions for solutions
  • First-level support: first point of contact for telephone and digital support requests
  • Problem analysis: Analysis and classification of support requests according to severity / urgency
  • Practical support: providing solutions to known problems (customer guidance)
  • On-site support: forwarding complex issues to our service technicians for an optimal solution
  • Documentation: Recording of customer inquiries and implemented measures (e.g. maintenance reports)
  • Administration and coordination: Implementation and support of the ticket system, organizational administration and processing, maintenance of the spare parts inventory and administration of the customer database

Your profile

  • Completed technical training and/or professional experience in the field of electrical engineering / mechatronics
  • Experience in handling electronic components, testing and measuring equipment and fault diagnosis
  • Good knowledge of electrical engineering (voltages, current, resistance, circuits, circuit diagrams, analytics)
  • High technical understanding and quality awareness as well as a precise, solution-oriented way of working
  • Organizational talent, high degree of self-motivation, sense of responsibility and flexibility
  • Business fluent in German and English, confident with IT systems, hands-on mentality
