Technical production management (m/f/d)
To support our team, we are looking for an experienced department manager (m/f/d) for the production of technical equipment and systems in the field of uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the areas of production and commissioning
- Planning and control of production processes, e.g. digital (capacity) planning of production, warehouse and customer orders in the ERP system (ABAS)
- Continuous optimization of processes and project workflows to increase efficiency and quality
- Monitoring production and ensuring quality in collaboration with the quality department
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, guidelines, standards and safety regulations
- Responsibility as vEFK and support with instructions in the area of occupational safety
- Reporting to the operating and management board
Your profile
- Prerequisite is a completed technical training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable higher qualification
- Sound technical knowledge of electrical engineering and the relevant standards and regulations
- Experience in switch cabinet construction as well as testing and measuring devices for quality assurance
- Strong technical understanding, quality awareness and ability to optimize processes
- Experience in managing employees and planning production processes is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and decision-making ability
- Ability to work in a team, reliability as well as a precise and solution-oriented way of working
