Your tasks

  • From concept to disposal, we offer our customers a 360° service and implement technical requirements in a targeted manner in a power supply concept - your contribution counts towards our success!
  • Technical service: Commissioning, repair and maintenance of UPS systems directly at the customer's premises
  • Commissioning: installation, configuration, testing and handover of the system
  • Maintenance: Regular inspection and servicing for reliable operation
  • Repair: Diagnosis and rectification of faults - directly at the customer's premises or by colleagues in-house
  • Advice and training: instruction in handling UPS systems for efficient use
  • Quality control: checking and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through outstanding service

Your profile

  • Prerequisite is a completed technical education in the field of electrical engineering / mechatronics
  • Experience in handling electronic components and operating test and measuring equipment
  • Good knowledge of electrical engineering (voltages, current, resistance, electrical circuits)
  • Experience in the field of UPS systems / stationary battery systems / industrial power supplies is an advantage
  • Professional experience in fault diagnosis desirable
  • High technical understanding and quality awareness, reliability and a precise way of working
  • Organizational talent, high degree of self-motivation, sense of responsibility and flexibility
  • Car driver's license, willingness to travel, team spirit and enthusiasm for field service
