To support our team, we are looking for technically experienced service technicians (m/f/d) for UPS systems in the north-east of Germany for the regions Leipzig - Dresden - Cottbus - Berlin.

Your tasks

Carrying out maintenance, service calls, installations, commissioning and customer training
Construction, installation and testing of innovative UPS systems and battery systems to the highest quality standards
Diagnosis and repair of UPS systems at the customer's premises
Detailed technical advice for customers on the phone and on site
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in terms of service

Your profile

Completed training as an electronics technician / mechatronics technician / comparable qualification
Sound knowledge of electrical engineering is essential
Experience in the field of UPS systems / stationary battery systems / industrial power supplies is an advantage
Professional experience in fault diagnosis desirable
Organizational talent as well as a reliable and independent way of working
High degree of responsibility and flexibility
Self-motivation, empathy and team spirit
Car driver's license, willingness to travel and enthusiasm for field service
