To support our team, we are looking for a technically experienced sales specialist (m/f/d) for the sale of UPS systems with the ambition to convince our customers through professional competence, individual advice, a good understanding and a strong sensitivity for long-term partnerships.

Your tasks

  • From the first meeting to implementation, we offer our customers a 360° service and translate their requirements into customized solutions - your contribution counts towards our success!
  • Sales expertise and excellence at the highest level through accurate needs assessment, targeted strategies and convincing sales pitches - from acquisition to contract conclusion
  • Strategic project responsibility and forward-looking market analysis with active territory development and sustainable development of new market and sales potentials
  • Acquiring new customers through targeted market observation, identifying growth potential and actively approaching new customers to continuously expand the customer portfolio
  • Documentation and reporting on customer visits, market trends and competitive developments
  • Technical ambassador for customers and internal/external events - competent, present, convincing

Your profile

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally in the technical field
  • Several years of experience in sales - ideally in technical B2B sales
  • Experience in developing customized solutions, conducting negotiations and project management
  • Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools
  • Reliability, binding customer service as well as communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative and willingness to travel (Europe-wide)
  • Mobility (car driver's license - class B)
