Janitor / Property manager (m/f/d)

To support our team in Steinenbronn, we are now looking for two animal-loving employees / facility managers (m/f/d) on a mini-job basis for our property management, who will take over the closing service, the care of our office and cat areas as well as the regular care of our cats.

Your tasks

  • Locking service in the morning and evening
  • Check in the evening to ensure that everything is in order (if necessary, switch off devices such as printers or close windows in the evening)
  • Weekly watering of the flowers in the offices
  • Maintenance and cleanliness of our outdoor area (weekly sweeping of the yard)
  • Feeding the cats from Mon-Sun (in the evening)
  • Ordering and managing cat food
  • Care and cleaning of the cat area
  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday and public holidays - split between two people.

Your profile

  • A love of animals and a sense of responsibility, especially towards cats
  • Physical resilience (minor physical tasks such as sweeping or carrying feed bags)
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Organizational talent, reliability and flexibility
  • Local proximity and/or class B driver's license an advantage, but not mandatory
